ASA Global has been formed by experienced business consulting & finance professionals from India for providing services for international trade facilitation, market access, acquisitions and business management.
ASA has expertise and network in the area of International trade, Sales and Market representation which are required by the corporations aspiring for internationalization. ASA Global has its own team of Professionals, Finance Experts, Marketing Experts, IT Experts and ex-CEOs/CFOs who guide and help through the entire process of internationlaization for the foreign companies to set up their business in India. ASA also works as a trade facilitation platform for helping small and medium entreprises to access the India market by working as a partner with the companies and offer complete hand holding in the initial phase along with required infrastructure and back office support services for faster access and entry to the market.
ASA Global is already representing some of the Finland based companies in India for their business initiatives and internationalization activities. ASA represents these companies as their agents or partners or collaborators directly or alongwith its own Indian partner companies. ASA also represents some of the Indian companies in Finland and Nordic region to facilitate their internationalization, market entry, acquitions or helping them set up their developement centre / data centre / innovation centre. ASA represents these companies as their agents or partners, and have been authorized for conducting business in Finland / Nordic region.

Avinash is a Cost and Management Accountant and has a rich experience of more than 30 years in the area of Business Consulting, Management Accounting, Supply chain, International Trade Practices, Indirect Taxation and other related areas. He is founder and Managing Director of Swavin Business Consultants Pvt Ltd and Co-founder and Director of Eximtrade Consulting Services Pvt Ltd India. He looks after the internationalization business of ASA Global in India and Finland.
Swati Foujdar

Swati is a Chartered Accountant by progession having experience of more than 28 years in the areas of Corporate Taxation, Tax planning, Corporate Audits and Management Consultancy. She has rich experience in the area of Business advisory, Audit, Finance, Taxation, FEMA, Related Party transactions and other related areas. She has been on the board of Swavin Business Consultants Pvt Ltd and Eximtrade Consulting Services Pvt Ltd in India for more than 10 years. She looks after the Finnish initiatives of ASA Global in India.
Kalyan Pasumarthy
Director
Dr Kalyan is a CEO and Co-founder of Moitele.com. He is a Doctor of Philosophy(PHD) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi India. He has completd his Management Development Program in Leadership from IIM Lucknow. He has worked as Data Analyst and Data Scientist at various organizations. He has moved to Finland in 2011. He has worked as CEO of Shrivoice before taking over as CEO of Moitele. He has rich experience of management of Business in Finland of around 10 years.
