ASA has been formed during 2018 by experienced business consulting experts from India for providing business related services for facilitation of trade, investments, acquisitions and management. ASA has its own infrastructure and network in India and Finland to facilitate services required by Finnish and indian companies for their internationalization and market entry. It also has expertise and network in the area of Supply chain, Sales and Marketing which are required for the new entrants in the internationalization.
ASA has its own team of Business & Law Professionals, Finance Experts, Marketing Experts, IT Experts and ex-CEOs/CFOs who guide and help through the entire process of internationlaization for the foreign companies to set up their business in India. ASA also works as a facilitation platform for helping small and medium entreprises to access the India market by working as a partner with the companies to provide the complete hand holding in the initial phase and to provide all infrastructure and back office support services for faster access and entry to the market.

ASA represents these companies as their agents or partners or collaborators directly or alongwith its India associate companies. ASA also represents some of the Indian companies in Finland and Nordic region to facilitate their internationalization, market entry, acquitions or helping them set up their developement centre / data centre / innovation centre.
